Deposition against Mr. Wood, 1848 May 5.

Deposition by M. Garcia Ternel against Mr. Wood, a beef contractor for the American Army, whom Garcia Ternel accuses of failing to pay him for 100 oxen delivered to the American Army after the Battle of Cerro Gordo.
